It's 11.7km from Bitou village to Guifeng village by Tour Taiwan bus. Sky was starting to get dark as I arrived Guifeng at 18:15. I was too hungry to have food at Ruifeng, therefore I took off the bus earlier at Guifeng trying to find some delicious food.
Walking on the old street, there're not so many visitors and some of the shops were closed already because TV said typhoon is coming soon. I was so happy that it's not too crowded this evening so I could take some pictures.
Like before, I found the dinner first. After the salt food, I had a big cup of sweet taro ball soup which has been the most famous dessert at Guifeng for decades.
Stairs between the Guifeng Teahouse and the Shengping theater, it's so crowded like before. I almost wanted to give up walking forward. "Where am I? Kyoto?" I asked myself as I was fully surrounded by different language. "Evening is beautiful."---I head this in Japanese!
Walking down the stairs to the police station, waiting for bus to Ruifeng, I saw 6 big sight-seeing buses picking up foreigner visitors heading for Taipei.
I truly had a wonderful evening time up there. Looking down the sea
from Guifeng, the night view of the fishing port was so beautiful.
Ticket from Guifeng to Ruifeng is just NTD15 (USD0.5) only. Guifeng to Taipei, 3 buses per hour by highway and it takes 120 minutes. Ruifeng to Taipei by train, it takes 55 minutes. Guifeng is at Ruifeng district of New Taipei City.
