When you drive a car on Tai 3 road going north, at 147.5k, on the right-hand side, you drive up the hill about 2 minutes according to the direction signs you'll reach the garden easily.
The ticket is NTD100. It's truly beautiful there. Ticket NTD100 can be used inside the garden. The drink of the cafe house is NTD200. Sitting at the outside seat, you may enjoy the breeze, fresh air and beautiful view.
