The cultural park was a train station during 1959~1991, being established on Jan 12 of 1959 and evacuated on Sep 1 of 1991. The train went between Feng Yuan and Dongshi.
How to go to Dongshi? You may take a bus on the opposite side of Taichung train station, the direction "Dongshi" of Feng Yuan bus.
